Enclave at the Cathedral

A resident reporting two years here values campus access when attending Columbia frequently and the windows and views of their high-floor corner 2BR in the annex. They describe uneven temperatures and street/upstairs noise, and find it less worthwhile when attending fewer classes.

Identity unverified; specific to an annex apartment and their occupancy period. Noise, temperature and value judgments do not establish conditions in every unit. The year was not displayed; current fees and amenities need provider confirmation.
