Miramar

A self-described early resident sharing a 2BR reports that their washer/dryer is inside the primary bedroom and their low-floor, garden-facing north-tower unit receives less direct sun. They like the gym and garden but had not tried some basement amenities.

Specific to the described layout and orientation, not all 2BRs. Verify tower, equipment location and light at the apartment; the date lacks a year.
