Estimates (rent splits, commute times, distances, fees) are informational and not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months or USD $100.
